How can I tone my upper abdominal muscles?

1000 sit ups a day should do it...
upper ab muscles. basically, curl your upper abs over your lower abs. you could do bike crunches.
200 situps and 200 lateral crunches. Hey.... it's not a 1000 right! ;-)
