Does the Instyler really work?

I have seen it on tv and some people say it's good but I'm not sure. I have a current straightener called a chi. which is better?

yes!! I had a bad perm last year and I used it to smooth my hair. liked it better than a flat iron.

I had the instyler and all it did for me was make my hair shine a little and it is really noisy the part that rotates it's loud and annoying it straitened my hair but it didn't stay plus it's $100.00 I have a straitener now that's works great and it was only $50.00

I hated it!! It wrapped my hair hair on the rolling thingie and ripped it out! The brush made my hair frizzy and it weighed 100 lbs. Two thumbs down :(
