How do I get rid of sever dizzy ness
It's taking over my life.

I would go to the doctor and see if they could find a reason for the dizzy problems. I have severe dizzy problems, due to nerve damage in my ears that caused hearing loss. I used to take a prescribed medicine for when I have a dizzy spell but my doctor told me to take Bonnie or Dramamine. It was cheaper. They are both used for motion sickness. It workes great for me. I'm a bit tired but it stops the dizzy spell.

I suggest you visit a doctor because this might be a disease. Dizziness can be caused by vertigo, loss of balance, faintness, inner ear disorders, problems breathing and anxiety disorder.

go to the doctor !!!!!! and dye your hair brown
