Avoid pills. unless they are vitamin pills. if you want to lose weight fast a really effective diet is the "raw food" diet. so basically any raw food you dont need too cook. it keeps u full for a long time and flushes out all the toxins inside u. people have lost 20-30lbs a month on this diet. try it out. oh. and drink plenty of water
You don't lose weight quickly. Best way, is eating healthy and exercising. Weight loss pills, don't work. Don't you think if they did, obesity wouldn't even be a problem. Everyone would be taking a pill, eating 50 Big Macs, and paper thin.
