I work out everyday an eat extremely healthy..I'm seeing results in my body but the scale is saying I'm the same weight..is that normal?
If you're working out, especially if you're doing any weight training, you're probably building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. That could account for it.Or you could have reached a plateau. Try switching up your routine or add some different healthful foods to your diet.
If you are at a normal, healthy weight for your age group, that is perfectly normal. THe scale is not going to tell you what your body looks like.
sure.you may be replacing any fat you have with muscle
You are probably losing body fat and gaining lean muscle, so your weight isnt changing.
Yes, sounds like you are toning up which is a good thing, remember if you add any pounds that is because muscle weighs more keep up the good work.
yes it is, as muscle weighs more than fat when you lose fat and gain muscle you may see same weight or even a gain
