Why do I get flu symptoms when I change temps really quick and the symptoms only last for 10 mins

It depends on the exact symptoms, for instance, lots of sneezing just after coming into the cold could be an allergy to cold air. However, it is natural for the body to try and adjust as normally as possible to new environment. In this effort signs of fever might be observed in some people.
