If you want to develop good muscle tone, what's the best breakfast to eat?

I usually eat 2 fried eggs and some toast with a glass of milk, but is there a better option?

Muscles, cell walls (the bodies structures) are built using amino acids. Protein (meat) must be broken down into amino acids before it can be used to build muscles etc. Cows milk is made for calves. All milk is for infants, adults don't need it and would be better off without it.

I put 3 eggs, milk, coffee, greek yogurt, a banana, and some protein in the blender for breakfast.

That's a pretty good breakfast. If I could suggest some things: hard or soft cooked eggs are better than fried. The toast should be whole grain. Milk is good and should be skim or low fat. Add a serving of fruit (fresh fruit is better than juice) and you're good.
