When I close my eyes everything "starts to spin". What's going on?

i will just be sitting reading, or relaxing not really doing anything but when i close my eyes the world feels like it's spinning so violently i want to pass out, but the second i open my eyes the dizziness vanishes.....
what is going on? this has been happening on and off for quite a while now. if anybody has any ideas they will be GREATLY appreciated! thanks in advance =)

I think it's because you've been trapped in that bubblicious bubble for too long without fresh air.

Hi KristenStorm21 it could be a number of things from an ear infection to high blood pressure. It is probably time to go see the doctor and find out what is going on though if this has been happening for a while.

Either your tired, or blood pressure is low.Maby you should go see a doctor, just to be sure. :D
