I quit drinking soda & eating fast food 2 weeks ago, why haven't I lost weight?

I also quit smoking around the same time period, is it possible that has something to do with it?

Well give it some time. Exercise, eat fruit, veggies, be active everyday. If you have pets like dogs, walk them for a mile or two. Don't stop doing what your doing! Don't give up! Best of luck! :)

Maintain a balanced diet (eat no more than your fist full six times a day) along with at least 1/2 hr of sustained exercise at least once a day. In one to two months you will begin to see a major difference in your appearance as well as the way you feel. I strongly recommend you see a nutritionist who will Taylor a diet specific to your body type and nutritional requirements.

Go to my fitness pal(free app) set your weight and exercise goals and do the work. Plan on losing 2lbs per week. Let me know how it works. I lost 31 lbs in 5 months.

You tend to lose more at first mostly waterweight. Losing weight slowly keeps it off and gets you in a healthy lifestyle habit over time. Don't think diet think lifestyle change.
