It all comes down to breast size and age group.
>For breast size below a 32B it's perfectly fine to wear one everyday.
>For breasts above 32B it's better to have more support with a push up bra to reduce the pull of gravity and make them "saggy" later on in life

>Age less than 21 but older than 14 use a more supportive bra, because daily movement in a sports bra has been scientifically proven to increase breast cancer in this age range for later on in life, and also increases the "sagging" by detedeterioratingcle tissue
>Age above 21 is same awnser with less cancer and more muscle decay. However since at about age 21 breasts will not grow anymore it is just dandy to wear a sports bra.

Yeah it's fine, but just make sure you don't wear it all the time, like when you're sleeping. Otherwise you won't get too good circulation. Make sure you're comfortable wearing them and that they aren't too tight or itchy. Hope this helps!

yes wearing a sports bra every day is FAR!!! better than wearing those stupid underwires, because it is made for practical use. underwires are not more supportive.
