You can let it heal enough so that it isn't as painful and try using freeze away again. I once had one that was very sore and when I used freeze away, it became unbearable. I let it heal up a little so that it wasn't so sore and then used freeze away again. It was actually a very persistent wort and I had to use the treatment 3 times. Word to the wise...when using freeze away, make sure that you only apply it directly to the wort. If you apply to the surrounding skin, it will hurt very badly. If this does not work, or you can't wait for the soreness level to go down (or it doesn't), you will need to visit a dermatologist. Good luck!
