I have court on Thursday should I be worried theft 50-500 but I didn't take anything.I'm getting it deferred what's gunna happen to me ?

If you get your theft charge deferred, keep in mind any place that checks your record, they will see it on your record only if you have another charge attached to the theft charge.

Otherwise I would not worry. I've had all the charges imaginable, somehow things work out so as long as you can prove that the arresting officer had no probable cause.
