What kind of workout should I do using dumbbells?

i use dumbbells to work out my shoulders and arms :)

A variety. Shoulders, biceps, triceps... that's all I can think of

dumbbells very good arm work out.. mostly biceps and triceps tho..

You can do 99 percent of your work outs using dumbells. lunges. climb up stairs while holding them. shrugs. arm extensions. curls. arm extensions. you can even hold them against you while you do crunches. or pass them across your waist from side to side
