Pills re not the solution. Im a LMT. There is a way to stop headaches. With one hand, cover the person's forehead, and with the other, cradle the thumb in the hand. Glide your thumb along the occiput (back of head where it meets neck) slowly. When feel pain in forehead, stop, and hold the thumb there until pain goes away. Continue gliding your thumb. (make sure not to go farther than the SCM muscle in neck!!)

I work for an all natural supplement company. Our house uses defining gel and rub it on our temples. We also have a supplement called confianza. Check these and other great products a https://rebeccaknows.myitworks.com
Look up plantain. As in the broad or narrow leaf variety, and not plantains. be sure what you are picking, but it is not too hard to spot in your lawn. rinse well with clean water, and throw 3-5 leafs in with a sweetened cup of tea. Almost an instant relief for one coming on. You can always chew the leaves too, I had a bad headache for about a week I kept at bay successfully using this method. Go nature, seriously. It is full of vitamins, minerals, and other precious compounds. Scientifically proven to contain such things, and deficiencies are not good for your head anyways. Sometimes a cause of the issue, even if it's stress, it is usually an underlying cause.
Look up "Health Though God's Pharmacy" by Maria Treben, full of life saving information your doctors and pharmaceutical companies don't want you to know. Find an old copy preferably.
Final thoughts-Only pick from lawns free of pesticide/herbicide use. No roadsides or ditches, it could be and most likely would be contaminated. Also, if you pick a spot, it seems to grow back for you in multitudes. Take care. Also great for many other kinds of inflammatory pain.
Investigate to find the root of the headaches. I recently put an end to my daily long lasting headaches when I unplugged all 3 glade plug ins located in my home. It was the only thing associated with the beginning of the headaches. Several weeks went by before I pinpointed this being the cause. Think about when the headaches started and if you made any changes around that time period.
Keep down the noise level and try to stay in a cool room. Place a cold washcloth or gel pack over your forehead and eyes. Find a position where your head hurts the least (like laying down on your side or your back) and stay there until you begin feeling uncomfortable or your headache goes away. Massage your temples and try putting vicks vapo rub under your nose or putting orange, lemon, or lime peels into boiling water in the room that you are in. Try to take deep slow breaths and avoid bright lights, especially your tv/phone/computer, because they will only aggravate the headache. Try also nibbling on some crackers or fruit that does not have a strong taste like mild apples or bananas. By the way, what part of your head hurts? Different types of headaches hurt in different areas of the head.
White Willow Bark is a natural alternative to O.T.C. medication. It works just as well as aspirin or Tylenol. There are over 450 deaths a year in the US, due to liver failure, caused by pain medications.
Most headaches 80-90% are tension headaches and are actually caused by head/face&neck muscles.I learned this from one of those ask the doctor questions sections in my local newspaper, try the following(works for me all the time)go to quiet preferably dark room and lie back &relax and start relaxing your head, face&neck muscles 1by1. You have to concentrate on each area of your head, face&neck and let the muscles relax when you feel the muscles relax concentrate on next area(small spot or area on head/face&neck)Do this and you will start feeling your whole head/neck/face relaxing and the tension fading then the next thing you know, headache is gone. After mastering this technique you will b able to do it anywhere and you see results faster, the key is learning to concentrate on relaxing the muscles its kinda slow at first learning to relax different areas. This really works if your headache is from tension as are 90% studies have shown.Try and c how easy it becomes. Also report your progress and results am curious to know the outcome.comfort pro
If you smoke wait until your headache is gone before you light up your next cigarette. Take an aspirin with a glass of water, not just enough to swallow the tablet. Atleast 10 fl.oz. From hear on out its just common sense. Avoid loud music or any other loud or annoying sound. If in bright light, get away from it or put on sunglasses. If fumes or vapors are the cause...FRESH AIR. If you are standing, sit or lay down and close your eyes and gently massage your temporal area in a circular motion and take deep inhales through nose and slow exhales through mouth with lips puckered. Bottom line, whatever the cause, remove it. Avoid it. Get away from it. Please be careful when asking for medical advice online especially when they tell you to whip up some strange concoction. If all else fails, call grandma, she will know.
Drink more water and get more sleep if you don't drink coffee don't get started once you do you'll probably get headaches from caffeine withdrawals. So if you do, you need to drink coffee to get rid of the headache. Or Tylenol or Ibuprofen should do the trick.

I am a graduate student studying Traditional Chinese Medicine which is composed of acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, energetics, and Nutrition... headaches are very common in my school clinic and very simple to treat. We diagnose your pain based on the signs and symptoms, location, quality, lifestyle, and other signs/symptoms. We strive to treat the root of the problem rather than hiding the symptoms. Headaches can be treated with or without needles, depending on your body. Give acupuncture a try :)
There are many ways that some people get rid of headaches and it works perfectly for them but maybe not for other people and there a lots of videos about how to get rid of headaches on YouTube so go onto it and type in your question
If you have migraines the only thing that ever worked for me is peppermint extract on a damp cloth pressed to your forehead, also it helps to rub some around your nose it will open up your sinuses. It will sting a little bit so you can always wrap up ice cubs in the cloth.
