Kurt Cobain was on drugs and he was probably depressed in the position he was in ... im not sure but if you have heard their songs they are sometimes deep... so that's what i think..

Depression and drugs -- really dangerous combination.

(Some people believe he didn't commit suicide, some people think Courtney Love killed him... there's at least one documentary about him/them.)

FYI: The documentary I've see is called "Kurt and Courtney," if you want to check it out some time... There is another one called "About a Son," but I only saw a little of that one.
