How do you like your Meat..... cooked that is?

Before I became a Vegetarian (Lacto Ovo Vegetarian) I liked mine Medium Rare. The reason Im curious is that my nephew is doin a report on the differences, told him I wud help him out. Thanks in advance!

I order mine Medium in restaurants (because I'm unsure of their beef and a chef's idea of Medium Rare usually still has a heartbeat) but at home where I grill my own home-raise beef, I eat it Medium Rare. It's just so much better that way. Anyone who eats beef more than Medium doesn't have a clue what it really tastes like. (Sorry, but I'm a carnivore!)

I like mine grilled median rare with sprinkle of lemon juice and honey glaze

Usually tenderized but well done... My mom sucked at grilling when I was little so I learned to love overcooked meat lol

i order mine medium but a lot of times it turns out red in the middele so i send it back because i dont mind it THAT pink but red..... eww

A nice filet, mesquite smoked, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, rare, slightly mooing, and trying to get off the plate

I don't eat red meat any more so my poultry is cooked thru. But back in the day when red meat was my friend Med rare was the only way to go.
