hi. thats a good question. the textbooks will tell you 1 thing, but be careful because the textbooks don't take account for muscle density or bone weight. meaning people that are shaped bigger boned will weigh more, and if they lost enough weight to fit into that chart I promise you a lot of them would look ridiculous. when I was at my smallest which was about a size 2, I weighed the same or more than I weigh now at size 6-7 (about 130). that's because I was working out so hard that every muscle in my body was honed, tight and tough. so just looking at the numbers is not usually the best way in my opinion.
