Excluding a terminal disease situation - would you want to know the date of your own death if it was less than a year away?
Would this information help by causing you to do and say things you'd been putting off? Would it force you to appreciate things you'd been taking for granted? Would it free you to take the chances and risks you'd been afraid to take before...would you start really LIVING?
Or would this knowledge just feel like a ticking time bomb strapped to your chest? Would you go crazy wondering what was going to happen that day and become a paranoid recluse? Would it make you withdraw from the world because you considered yourself already dead; no longer having the option to make any long-term plans?
