I need to write an entertaining speech idea. I'm not funny at all!!!?

Tell them at the start 'this is to be entertaining but I am not a funny person', they will laugh, I think.

You can have a very entertaining speech if you emphasize on talking about normal issues, or topic with a dramatic twist. You should always ensure that you perform dialogues and metaphors, while giving mocking comments on ordinary things, values, persons, places or thoughts.
