What can I do to live with my severe concussion?

I had a severe concussion 3 weeks ago and only sought medical attention after 2 i was on a metal spinny thing at a park (the one kids push around) and i fell off and hit the back of my head. I experience bad headaches, LOTS of vision problems such as: white dots, squiggly lines, blurriness, seeing two, things moving around but in reality are stationary, ear aches, extreme trouble concentrating in math (nothing makes sense and i keep forgetting everything by the time i get home, ringing in my ears, LOTS OF THINGS ANNOY THE FUDGE OUTTA ME like tapping, whining babies, whistles high pitched voice people, yelling, arguing, screaming, bright lights, lights in general, pianos, violins, listening to music, people wasting my time, walking slow, my cat, my dogs, my bffs my room, nail polish. This is not right because I used to love most of this stuff. My grades are dropping, and its really hard (I'm in high school) I DO NOT want to have a bad life in the future just because i messed up my freshman year because i got hit in the head, please help me internet peeps.

To live with severe concussion, you need to make those who are around you understand and be able to recognize when it is worsening. Pain relievers will ease the pain in the head. However, it is important to see a doctor immediately for a scan since you could have suffered an internal injury and get a quick solution.

Talk to your doctor to find out how long your symptoms will last. Talk to your teachers also. They might give you extra time and/or help with your assignments.
