it's possible you may be infertile.(sterile)
Meaning you are incapable of conceiving.
You can go to your doctor and have him/her take a look at why you've been unsuccessful this far and look at possible options.
something they may be able to do that I've heard of are possibly try that procedure where you inject the sperm or whatever it is they do manually.

Or you just may not be able to have a baby.
if this is the case you can always adopt a just as beautiful baby from someone who isn't capable of caring for it at the time.
You seem like you'd be a good mother,
and someone I'd even consider trusting, and idk you.
good luck :)

oh and I think I've heard of a thing or I saw a story where like a girl and a guy had a doctor inject hormones into the couples mom to start her menstrual cycle back up, then the doctor took one fertile egg from the women and fertilized it with sperm from the guy and then had the mom carry the couples baby.
I'm not sure if this is EXACTLY how it went but it's something to look into,
Keep in mind it'd be very expensive and time consuming.

no problem. and if it ends up you can't have a child there's still adoption. an adopted child is still just as amazing. you can love him or her just as much and then you don't have to go through a painful pregnancy. It's really up to you both though. I understand why you's want a baby of your own.

I think you should visit your doctor and have a check-up. This can be caused by the birth control methods you were using before you decided to become pregnant. It can also be a case of infertility and that why it's very important to consult your doctor.

Have you had an ultrasound done of your ovaries? I have poly cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which leaves me infertile. I have so many cysts on my ovaries that I do not menstruate but twice a year. Those cysts also release hormones which leaves me infertile.

Believe it or not, trying too hard or stressing over it can also mess with your ability to get pregnant. Thinking about it so much puts stress on your body and that can mess with your fertility. Please go see your OB-GYN about your ovaries, though. Most women who have PCOS don't even know it and there are medicines out there that will help.

Go to a doctor to see how fertile you are.it will be very painful if you get news that is bad!! it may hurt for the rest of your life but adoption may help to ease the pain.I know that you will always want a baby of your own but please consider adoption! get tested I feel and hope the best for you!!!!!!

That's a question for a doctor who has done a complete exam. Then the question becomes "do you want to be a mom or do you want to have a baby?" Believe me, I get the blessing of having a baby. I was blessed to give birth to 3 children and I'm so grateful for that. However, I've also adopted 2 children. They were both adopted as infants and are now 16, and 18. Some people understand this and others don't but the fact is there is truly and absolutely NO difference in my "birth" children and my "adopted" children.

I also cannot have children and plan on adopting. I have started looking into adoption but the sites i have found it is so expensive. Could you share your info with me?
Report as
Really? It didn't cost us anymore to adopt than the cost of having a baby in the hospital.
Report as
Who did you go threw to adopt? If you dont mind me asking. Did you foster them first?
Report as
No we didn't foster. The first child we adopted was through an adoption attorney. That one was about equal to having a baby in the hospital. The second child we went through a agency in a neighboring state. That was even less expensive.

I had been trying for 9 years. I found out i wasnt able to have children and it hurts really bad. You need to see your doctor so they can run some test and see whats going on. I plan to adopt...you might want to start thinking of that possibility. Trust me i know its not the same. I wish i could have one of my own, but there is so many children without someone to love them and it will bring the same joy to your life. If anyone out there knows of a good adoption site please let me know. I have started looking but it so expensive! Why would it cost $10,000-$50,000 to adopt a child. Its crazy!
