Do you think this is too much for a 13 year old girl?

I am a 13 year old girl and my friend thinks I am dealing with too much. I go to school at 7:30 so I wake up at 6. I end school at 3:30 and get home at 4:00. On Fridays school ends at 1:00 but I have football training until 2:30.
On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays, I have swimming training from 6:30 until 10:00 (I get home at 10:30 and go to bed at 11). I am also a prefect which means I have to get little kids (my school goes from Primary to High school) to class on time and so on. I am in Honor classes and I genrally get A-B grades. Do you think its too much? Oh and on Friday I have basketball training too from 12:15 until 1:15.

If you can handle it, it's fine. I knew many people in school who did HEAPS of things every day - I honestly don't know how they had time for school!
Of course, as soon as you start getting dragged down with too much to do (it'll be schoolwork, unfortunately), I would suggest letting some things go - sport first. DON'T let go of your leadership positions - keep at them! There's no better thing to go on your CV and in interviews for YEARS to come. Trust me, best experience you can have. :)

I don't think it's a lot Im 14 years old and i wake up at 5:00 AM and school starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM but I have to stay for 2 hours for football practice everyday but Friday and then I also have Taekwondo Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, so usually I get home at 11:00PM, it sometimes gets annoying and you just want quit but you just gotta push through.

If you can handle it then good. There are some people like me who can't get a decent night sleep because we don't have much on, so being busy isn't necessarily bad. But look, the whole thing is if your struggling to cope than make the decision of what to postpone or limit, you shouldn't have to give up on things, just maintain when you'll do them and if you don't struggle then there shouldn't be a problem.

No - I had an even more insane schedule - I was in a very rigorous high school and on call shooting legal photography - as well as playing basketball and running track - and class president for four years - and working as a volunteer in an orphanage at least twice a week. You've go the brains, ambition, athletic ability, and no signs that you are burning out - you're "wired" to be multi-tasking and highly active - and what you are doing at your age is highly commendable.
