How important is calorie intake when losing weight?
i'm 248 lbs 5'11 (male) 18 yrs old. trying to get to at at least 168 lbs by end of next year. how much should my calorie intake be? and how much calories should i try and burn everyday (i have a treadmill & dumbbells available) if i wanna try to burn 2 lbs a week.?? help?
