How do I get the swelling in my feet to go down?

I have swelling in my feet. I have tried propping them up, but the swelling will not go down. Does any one have any other natural or over the counter remedies for this?

It depends on why they're swollen. If you've been eating a lot of salty foods, it can cause fluid retention, one symptom of which can be swollen feet. But you really need to find out if there's an underlying condition, such as high blood pressure, so you need to see a doctor to find out what's going on. Hopefully, it's nothing too serious, but you don't want to take chances with your health. So call your doctor for advice.

Have ur doc Rx you a water pill. Not sure if they're available OTC or not. Because it sounds like you have fluid retention. Also you should make sure ur kidneys are functioning properly because this could be a sign of a kidney problems. Also lower ur salt intake.
