What can I eat when I am keeping weight?
Yeah, I want to keep slim, so what can I eat during this time.
Burgers and milkshakes any thing that will burn really quickly
just eat healthy. do not diet as you will tend to put on more weight later when you start eating again. just eat 3 normal meals and exercise.
Just eat about 500 calories per meal, balance your food pyramid and drink lots of water. :/ It's more about how many calories you burn then how many you take in. Unless the amount you take in is extremely excessive.
