You need to eat alot of veggitables, fruits, eat waterfoods like soup ( no creamy soups) fish, eggwhites, nuts, berries, have cheese and carbs in moderation. When you are done working out make sure you stretch and drink milk. Drink milk so it stimulates the muscles. Don't not eat (don't starve your self) because your body puts it self in starving mode and stores your fat. Stretch every day work out atleast 6 times a week. Eat 6 small meals everyday to be satisfied with your diet. When you are hungry you can eat a fiber bar. If you follow this ruitien daily you will be happy with the way you look and feel!
