True or False? In order to measure 1/4 cup, one could use 4 tablespoon instead of a 1/4 cup dry measuring cup.

I don't get this?

Its more accurate to just measure things with a scale. Thats why food in bakeries and restaurants are consistent, but things made from cookbooks can vary time to time. Electronic food scales can be found at walmart for around $10, and are awesome.

I think it is true since one customary American cup is equivalent to 16 customary tablespoons. 1 tablespoon is also equal to half an ounce of flour in the US. Visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tablespoon incase you need to know more.
