Planks are excellent all over body workouts. You can look up a tutorial on YouTube. Just make sure you do it right. You'll start off with a pretty low time, but practice makes perfect, and also a longer time :) Lifting weights, even if you don't have any, you can make your own at home. A gallon of milk weighs just a little over 8 pounds. Push ups are great and there are so many variations to them. You can work out all your arm muscles from the different types of push ups.
Hello, There are many types of exercises. I wish to prefer you these exercises 1.Flat Bench Press This exercise can be performed using dumbbells and/or with free weight 2.Bicep Curl These exercises can be done with a bar, free weights, or as an alternative, water bottles. 3.Tricep Extension This exercise can be done with free weights or water bottles. Thanks...
Answer this question...Burn outs! Get a small weight probably about 10lb and just lift it up as many times as you can till you can’t lift it anymore. Just remember to eat right and let the muscle heal before you increase the weight or do it again. The point is to cause damage to the muscle to get it to grow back stronger. So yes feel the burn is no understatement in this case. Good luck!
If you have access to a weight bench, then bench presses will work. If not, push-ups will do mostly the same job. The press, however, is more efficient and will improve your overall strength in more than just your arms.
Dance crunches use more upper abb (dance crunches you are laying on the floor have both your legs together point your toes and put your legs up then dont let them touch the floor go up and down with your legs do it about 20 times then youll start to feel the burn. but remember dont let your feet or legs touch the ground.

if you have dungbells then do curls, lawnmowers, hammers, and behind the back where you put the dung bell above your head move it back behind and then let it drop but you still need to hang on to it then pull it back up. you can also bench press weights.
Below are five basic upper body exercises that should be a part of everyone's weight training regimen.
1. Chest / Bench Press
The chest (or bench) press is an excellent upper body exercise that strengthens the chest muscles, biceps, triceps and front shoulder (deltoid) muscles.
2. Military / Shoulder Press
The shoulder (or military) press works the front and side deltoids (shoulders) and the triceps.
3. Bicep Curls
This activity builds the bicep muscles.
4. Tricep Extensions
This exercise works the tricep muscles behind the arms.
5. Bent-Over Rows
This exercise works the upper back, biceps, forearms and rear deltoids (shoulders).
All the above exercises are very basic upper body workouts that are sure to get you results. Not only will they tone and develop lean muscle tissue, they will also help you develop important upper body strength.
