How can I improve my running times

You can improve your running times in two ways. One, ensure that you increase the distance or by reducing the amount of time used in a certain distance. If you ran 1 mile in 2 hours yesterday, then run 1 mile in 1 hour and a half today, or run 1 mile and a half in 2 hours.
