i don't say it easily, but when i do say it i mean it and also u have to show it to the person ur saying it to, actions speak louder than words, my ex told me he loved me the day he left me, the words are easy showing it means so much more

all depends like others have said but you have to be careful when you say ' i love you' to someone. this phrase is often thrown around like its often just another phrase.
but of course when i say ' i love you' i mean it
