If I can get 5 facts on both Obama and Romney and what they say they want to do as leader, what exactly would that be?

I needed to put this in a form of a question, if you guys believe them or not I need what are consider facts at the moment being.

If I could just get a paragraph on what they both want to do or perhaps a list (5 facts on each) it will be really helpful, thank you all.
