Of course, it's just another piece of paper. Anything that you can do with a diploma is accessible with a GED.

The Army will take anyone when they need bodies. A friend if mine was drafted in 1965 and was accepted even without a diploma...imagine that. The Marine Corps requires a diploma. There are however some exceptions where they will accept a GED, but only if there is a suitable position available.

Yes, the Marines will take anybody. They need a few good men because they know most them already enlisted in the Army. If you can't read a compass you should sign up for Marine Force Recon. I had to go in the jungle and find a lost bunch of them one time.

No, the Marines don't take any body as you, if you actually served, found out. I doubt it very much.

Nope, it's as true as I told it. I was in 1/504th PIR, 82nd Airborne. After the Panama Invasion my unit went back in the following January (a few weeks later) to Jungle School at Fort Sherman. We were knocked out of our bunks to go find these guys lost in the jungle. We had completed the course earlier that day, even though we left at the same time.

About a year later I was with the 1/325 PIR, 82nd Airborne doing mountain training when C130's landed on a remote dirt strip to get us out to Fort Bragg. We armed at Pope Airforce Base, and I was among the first 300 to arrive for the Persian Gulf War.

Incidentally, I spent the first year of my life living in the Panama Canal Zone. My dad was drafted into the Army in 1969. This is where he was sent. We compared notes about it later in terms of what I saw as an adult of 19 years old (could not remember as a child) and what he remembered when he was down there serving. That was Fort Clayton, roughly (some other minor base I think he was on).

Yes . However, they only take a certain amount a year.

For a more conservative knee length wool skirt with the kick outlet that are all the rage this season, or decide on a sleek long skirt with Nederland of swing, tallboots are just the footwear with which to accessorize your online. Since tallboots come in a variety of colors, consider purchasing an outrageous pair to punctuate any goedkope. You may need to search online websites for these alternative colors, as they are often difficult to find in stores.
