How can I get rid of stage fright?

Keep your eyes focused on one member of the crowd (i.e. friend, family member); as time goes on you can start shifting your eyes until you can take in the whole crowd (worked with me during choir concerts).

Start going on stage with small crowds and gradually get bigger crowds

Just think there all in there underwear that helps just don't laugh.

Look at something way in back of the room don't really pay attention to the audience or if possible wear glasses
