I got an ultrasound on Sept 21 i was 11 weeks how many weeks am i now today is Oct 20?

As at October 20, 2012, you are 15 weeks. From Sept 21 to October 20 is one full month consisting of four weeks. Therefore, 4 weeks plus 11 weeks totals 15 weeks.
