How should I exercise?
I just dislocated my leg and I'm going to be on crutches for a while. I can't do any physical activity for 6 weeks, but how should I do exercises that don't use my leg. Because I don't eat healthy at all but I'm very athletic so that's why I don't weigh 200 pounds. So now that I can't exercise I'm afraid ill be overweight. Help please!!! Is it even possible to exercise?
