Does a soft ball roll farther on wet or dry grass?

Its for science fair project and I cant find any information. If you have some websites that would be great!

Wet, it could slide across the wet grass without the ball rolling, so wet.

Dry. Water causes resistance. The cover of the ball will also absorb water and increase it's weight thus slowing it down. DRY.

Hello?!? "Project" means you're supposed to do the work yourself.

But you are required to get information to add to your project for science fairs. for her i think she would need to find information on friction, grass, and tennis balls
