I keep having anxiety attacks almost every day;/My emotions are mixed up&im having issues with everyone. Does anyone know what it is?

I get mad over everything now & i cant stop being mad

I don't know what it is but I maybe able to help . Try and make a list of everyone your mad at write the good and bad things about everyone . It should help a little with that problem because good usually outweighs the bad and may give you a better perspective on things . As for anxiety you might have either a heavy decision to make or your feeling guilty . If its neither then something maybe wrong and you should speak to a councilor to see if they can help . I used to have anxiety attacks :( My mom found homeopathy. I've been taking homeopathic remedies for around 3 years. I am so much better. I have no anxiety attacks and i feel great. In fact, i don't have to take a remedy anymore. You should look it up. It will even help with you anger problems. I really hope you consider looking it up. I know from experience that it will change your life.

i used to have panic attacks too. but after going to a psychaitrist he prescribed me with a medicine that stops ur body from getting them. so i reccomend seeing ur doctor..

I'm not trying to start an arguement or anything, but homeopathy would work better bcz homeopathy cures the problem, western medicine only covers up the problem. I know you probably don't care and don't believe what i'm saying.... =/
but i know this from experience.

When ever I am stressed or upset I pray. I do things to keep my mind off of everything that is going on. Walking really puts me in the best mood. Especially when I have my ipod shuffle it calms me down. Try to get your mind off of things by keeping yourself busy like something that would calm down your anger. I hope this helps.
