How do I get my neighbor to paint his house?

My neighbor's house is 5 years overdue for a new paint job. But I don't think he notices that. He's barely outside -- I've seen him twice in a year. How can I encourage him to get it done?

Have you tried asking him nicely and maybe volunteering to help him out?

When you are painting your house, ask him for suggestions. When you are done, ask him if he need the paint that you did not use and offer to help. You can also ask him nicely.

Call the city! They'll make him do it if it needs it!
