What is an easy, healthy, and natural weight to lose weight?

I looked at a bunch of articles and I would appreciate it if you guys gave me answers other than mental stability, exercising, and changing your diet. Thanks!

Ok...first off it sounds like you aren't ready to hear what you need to do yet...From a former 400 lb man, if you want to lose weight there is NO easy way that won't threaten your life and permanently alter your body! I am down 120 lbs so far...have done it in a little under a year...Diet. Healthy choices make a huge difference. I keep track of the calories I eat every day, and try for 1500 calories a day which should give me 1 lb of loss each week on its own (500 calorie deficit times 7 days gives 3500 calories or 1 lb)...I use an app called My Fitness Pal...that makes it easier...but yes, I have had bad "months" like December and July/Aug/Sept...December sucked because of holidays...July-Sept was bad because it was hard to start again after my vacation...but I am back on it...going for that last 60 lbs. You didn't gain the weight overnight...so it isn't going to come off overnight! Don't expect a magic pill that will work long term...this has to be a life style change!!! It is possible if YOU want to do it! Trust me, I had given up too...then two of my good friends died of heart attacks within a year of each other, very young from obesity...and I am giving it another go!

Sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders. It takes committment, determination, and changing of habits... not to mention a healthy love for one's self. I've been on both ends of the scale.. from borderline anorexia as a teenager to compulsive overeating as an adult. It is a long road but SO WORTH IT! I finally found what I needed through the support of Weight Watchers and my faith. God bless you on YOUR weight loss journey! :)

Lol, those are the only "healthy and natural" ways to lose weight. The only other option is, surgery. Which is neither healthy or natural.

Eat 1200 calories a day and eat healthily. (follow the food pyramid)
Exercising is something we should do everyday for an hour.

That's practically all.

Take a walk everyday. Once you get used to doing it, it'll become habit. You'll be AMAZED the difference it will make

What ever you would normally put on your plate to eat only eat half if what is there. and add 30 - 60 minutes of excercise three times a week. Done

replace all beverages you drink now with either 100% (preferably fresh squeezed) fruit juice or water. You can get any kind of fruit you like, fat-free yogurt and ice in a blender for a great smoothie. Drinking lots of water every day is always your best bet. It does a lot more for you than just keep you hydrated. Of course, watch your fat intake, eat fruits and vegetables, and exercise. I lost 75 lbs in less than a year just by eliminating alcohol. AND NO FAST FOOD!!!!!!

I think it depends on how you exercise? try this, this is better than walking and you don't have to go out of the house,a re bounder it comes with a video,google it to know more about the benefits of re bounding and you can eat as much as you can.

SIP ICE COLD water, the water will lower your body temperature and make your body burn fat as a way to heat itself up. make sure to sip though, if you drink fast it wont work.

Also mentioned there is 1 cup grapefruit juice, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinger, and 1/2 teaspoon honey before meals. Helps burn the fat of that meal.

Despite your repetitive and grammatically incorrect question, I shall temporarily ignore the feelings of despair I possess for much of the human race in an attempt to show you the error of your ways.
If you are looking to simply lose a few pounds, I don't understand your mindset, or purpose. 3-5, or as much as 10 pounds with the proper body form can be hidden by standing upright. I would recommend the following excercise: the classic bucket of acid balanced upon your head to help you stand up straighter. Good posture is important.
If you are morbidly obese, such as the always underdressed fat women at Wal-Mart, I would recommend inventing a little pill that releases tiny army men into your bloodstream to engage the fat cells in CQC. It would take just as long as to invent, and you would have a more than vague chance at losing those pounds seriously.

stop eating desserts and run you burn 600 calories if you run an hour and 350 if you use and olyptical per hour

Moderation is also helpful. Lots of ppl will tell you that you need to limit your caloric intake and workout often, which is good advice, but it's also important to keep in mind that you need to eat a balanced diet in order to ensure that you don't end up going on a binge because you've restricted yourself too much.

Back in the twentieth century they used to count calories and hunt dinosaurs. Go to youtube.com and type in Dr. Neal Barnard. He has a lot of videos you can watch. I recommend his series of 4 short videos, total time under an hour.

He scarcely mentions exercise in the videos, but he’s very much in favor of it. Another thing he doesn't mention is taking a daily multivitamin. Take it.

Drink lots of water because it will make you drop pounds from all the water weight you have. try replacing junky snacks into healthier choices like celary with a little peanut butter and at least 30 to 45 minutes of excersising like taking a walk, jumprope, biking , etc. Eat 3 healthy meals a day with no seconds. I tried this and it made me lose 5 to 7 pounds a week. Good luck!

theres no way you can lose weight in an "easy" if you want it to involve it with a healthy and natural way

if you want easy, get surgery

try eating breakfast lunch and dinner having a healthy snack in between and don't eat fatty foods that are high in calories and workout push yourself not to hard though try thrive gym or emerald city gym

make a good decision everytime you eat.. dont goto the gas station and eat a kit kat then go home and eat a salad. you are only kidding your self.. reach your goal with will power. you can do it.

Soda and artificial fruit drinks like gatorade are a big weight gainer and everyone needs to excersising is a BIG help like swimming or bicycling and walks are all great

ok so pretend you put in 3400 calories in your body
your body uses lots of calories to have you lungs work properly , your heart to pump and for simple things like breathing and blinking. these things cost about 1800 calories so you subtract that from 3400 calories to get 1600
you need to run or walk of that many calories and remember its only healthy to lose one pound a day
dont diet because your body is not used to eating less so your body is relies on that body fat and when you eat a normal amount of food again you gain more instead of loosing because it thinks you are not going to eat enough and restore that old body fat that you need to keep you body hydrated and healthy

starve 2 days of the week like native americans used to do. And they were fitted. have breakfast on monday and dont eat untill tuesday morning at the same time you ate monday morning and tuesday you get to eat all day but dont overeat some people tend to do so. and then do the same on wednesday dont eat until thursday morning and then your good for the week but in the days that you can eat watchout don't!! dont overeat, its not gonna work if you overeat on the other days

Sorry, but this is not a good idea. It would do terrible things to a person's blood sugar levels and possibly increase the body's reaction to store MORE fat from the food eaten. A balanced, sensible, portion controled diet is the key... not starvation!

At any local grocery store actually, but I was kidding with the spoon thing, it's extremely healthy, but remember, you also have to have to eat other good foods, and excersize, not just one thing can keep you healthy.

Join the military. 6 weeks of exercise at boot camp with a custom diet and I guarantee you will loose weight. Or you could do it the easy way and exercise on your own, no juice, soda, fried stuff, or pastry. Our species has existed for millions of years eating natural foods. Modern processed foods will obviously affect us negatively. Also take a 1 month trip to a 3rd world country. The all natural food will help you loose weight. It really works.

There is no easy way to lose weight. You did not put your weight on over night and it won't come off over night. The best thing to do is to join Weight Watchers . They have a good well balanced plan and it really works. You can eat anything you want but in moderation. and make sure that you track it in your tracker. Weight Watchers is the best. I have lost 30 pounds so far and am looking forward to losing more. Also, it helps if you drink water and try to exercise, even if it is just a short walk, any movement more than what you are used to doing will work in the right direction. Have faith and make changes one at a time, it will work, just stick with it.

Society today tends to ignore the true cause of obesity. We look for a "quick & easy fix." and refuse to "own" our bad decisions blaming other factors (like fast food marketing). The real reason we overeat is that we are substituting food for a need that is not being met. We eat because we are lonely, bored, anxious, sad, angry... the list goes on and on. Eating helps us feel better for a moment. We can even FEEL real hunger when we truly aren't just because we smell a desired food or experience one of these emotions! But, like with any other addiction this "fix" doesn't last and so is repeated! Until we address the heart of the problem we can't begin to make a lasting change! Look to the food "plate" guidelines and be aware of portion sizes. Weight Watchers is a great place to start too- not only does it go by the government health guidelines, it also addresses the emotional and habit aspects that most "diets" ignore. Well mental stability, exercising, and changing your diet is the healthiest way to lose weight. There is no two ways about it. We all know what needs to be done but doing it in real life is the hardest part. You get hunger pangs, you feel dizzy, your body aches and you feel depressed at the thought of exercise. You could do that by trying to play a sport that you would enjoy. I know going to the gym gym is so boring. Eating anti-oxidant spices like Ceylon cinnamon, Oregano, Cloves and of course lemon juice would help. If you don't want to reduce portion sizes then start with freshly cooked food everyday. Avoid processed foods, sugars and food coloring in your food. Buy good food. Not cheap junk food.

There is a way that anyone here might have not tried yet but it really came to be of my great help. I took about 2 to 4 tbsp of olive on a daily basis for about one month and it helped me to lose my weight at great pace. What it does was it supplied my body with 200 to 400 calories which filled a major part of calories intake and thus helped me to eat less and so weigh less.
