Why am I so thirsty?

So, I drink a lot. (Water, not alcohol.) I drink until I puke (literally), but I'm still thirsty. My mouth is moist, I sweat regularly, and I urinate regularly, but I stay thirsty. Any advice? The normal person is to drink about 2 quarts (8 ounces) of water a day, and I drink more than that.

If you are drinking until you vomit you need to stop!
You shouldn't be throwing up because of this and you should see a doctor about it.

I drink around 1-2 gallons of water a day, and still could drink more, if you aren't thirsty then your body is dehydrated

I really hope you don't drink that all at once. That could kill you.

Have you had anything with sugar recently? I was real thirsty like that once, then I had a candy bar and felt normal again. Here's more signs of diabetes http://www.healthadel.com/9-signs-of-diabetes/

This is sign of diabetes, you don't have all the symptoms though. You didn't say what your activity level was.
