When I was in the military I took an oath to defend my country, had I been deployed to the war (Gulf 1) I would've risked my life to defend not just my country but also the lives of the people IN my country, and I don't personally know all 350 million people in America, so ... yes.

These days the community in general, and people in general are bad, rarely finding people who are worthy of being called nice and respectfull. Meaning the chances of my life being given to someone mean and bad are more than to a nice person my answer would be NO.

It depends on the situation. I would push someone out of the way of a train or car if my body let me (in life-threatening situations it can be hard to think clearly outside of your will to survive). If a person was aiming a gun at a child, I'd jump in front of them. But I wouldn't just let people put me to sleep to transplant my organs for a stranger.
I know someone who did that for me!! John 15:12 This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you. 13 There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. 14 You are my friends if you do what I command. Peace
I will sacrifice my own life to save someone else's. Not many people deserve a person to do that though, but I'm a very giving and caring person, so I will do anything that would involve putting my own life at risk to save a complete stranger's life.
