How do I find pictures of someone on the Internet , I have a first and last name and he is in NY state. there is no Facebook etc...

There are special websites that have access to large public and private databases. But those are typically not free.
Try this one - http://bit.ly/find-people-here
You can do a free search to see if they have any records. But for details its a small amount.

You need to first open an internet search engine like Google or Bing, and then type the name of the person and press enter. The search engine will simply locate any and all related items containing this name.
