What is an easy way for me to clean the print head on my Kodak ESP 5 All-in-One Printer?

For all ESP 5, ESP 7, or ESP 9 printers, first start by pressing the menu so as to show the main menu, and then press the down arrowed button to select maintenance. Press ok followed by the down arrow again until clean print head is chosen, then press ok.
