No. Taking breaks is really important to keep from burning out and taking longer to complete a task than someone who is pacing themselves. It also can result in more errors that can be far more time consuming to go back, find and fix than simply taking the time to do things correctly in the first place. Pushing yourself too hard can also result in resenting your work. Also, when pushing yourself has resulted in a huge amount of labor with unsatisfactory results it can end in resentment towards those for whom you are performing the task when they end up unsatisfied with the product despite over-extending yourself and sacrificing your mental, emotional and physical health.
