Too many followers and not enough leaders. It's easy to be a follower, in fact, you don't even have to have a brain to do it. But to be a leader, and a good one, you need to have intelligence. Which is really hard to come by now a days.

Because standing up to the crowd takes courage and conviction and character. Most people today do not have it. It is difficult.
