Starving yourself works in the short run, but your body will start absorbing fats when you do start to eat again, incase you stop eating again. The fastest way is to exercise a lot, and eat good foods. Stay away from carbonated drinks and candy. Eat apples, oranges, drink juice, water (Water is the best). And drink a lot of water, use the restroom regularly.
DON'T STARVE YOURSELF UNLESS YOU KNOW YOUR BODY ENOUGH.
