10 years ago and still feels like it happened yesterday. Too many people died. Now I'm hearing that the people that was there are getting sick from the dust they inhaled. And don't forget the suicides from it. So you might say people are still dying. Very sad time.
The attacks were 10 years ago (Tuesday, September, 11th 2001). Nearly 3,000 people died in total on September 11th 2001, but the attacks on the World Trade Centers (Twin Towers) resulted in 2,753 deaths, and the attacks on the Pentagon resulted in about 200 deaths. There were 4 Plains hijacked, 2 (American Airlines Flight 11, and United Airlines Flight 175) crashed into the World Trade Centers, 1 (American Airlines Flight 77) into the Pentagon, and 1 (United Airlines Flight 93) was headed to the White House in Washington D.C. but this plain never made it to the White house because the people in the plain called their loved ones and band together to storm the cockpit, the attempt cost them their lives but saved the U.S.A.'s Government, the plain crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
