Sleep with your hair wrapped in like a bandana or if you have a silk pillow case, that always helps.

brush it around in a wrap, tie a silk scarf on your head, don't put the scarf on tight, you have to do this every night just to get your hair trained and i do mean every night

My hair is super curly naturally. When I straighten it, I put it in a pony tail and then just brush it out in the morning after I sleep, with no ill effects.

Your hair shouldn't begin to curl again after straightening until it gets wet.

I have this thing called a turbie towel and it's supposed to be for drying yor hair, but sometimes I use it for that. If u toss and turn it will fall of tho.

Sleep With Your Hair In A Side Ponytail Or Even Pig Tails But Dont Make The Hair Bow To Tight But Then Again Don't Make it So Loose it Will Fall Out; And in The Morning Brush it Out & Go Over The Top Layer One
More Time With The Straightener [ :

You can flat iron it than go wrap your hair up on your head than tie a scarf around it. Your hair will have a lot of body in it and it will be bouncing.

None of that works. Have have messy hair and it takes me 30 to 45 minutes every morning to do my hair even if I do it before bed. The is nothin much you can do. Sleeping with a braid or a ponytail hurts

id recommend twisting your hair and putting a big clip to hold it in, kinda "teacher style" if you get what im saying. then putting a shower cap over top of that! should also help frizz.
