Make her a bestfriends picture frame. Decorated it with fun stuff you both like and put a picture of the two of you in it.

Make her a bracelet. Maybe one with little heart and happy face symbols on them with her name on it with alphabet beads or something. I don't know exactly what kind of bracelets we are talking about.
