Proteins like fish and eggs trigger fat burning if you eat less than 6 oz daily. Consume VERY LOW amounts of fat, seeing as though you want to lose it not gain it. The best way to loose alot of weight would be to exersise, walking, anything that interacts moving. Including walking up stairs, eat healthy. You can also eat bananas and that will burn some calories. NO running because running is an anerobic exersise that builds muscle not made to loose weight. Your best bet would be an airobic exersize such as sports like softball, hockey, football, or weight lifting even anything that involves a medium pace or you can also jog. jogging is also known to be affective. this way you will get the best results. I can guarantee you will lose about 40 - 60% of all your body fat if you do this c) for every pound of muscle you gain you burn an extra 50 - 100 calories at rest so if you gain 5 pounds of muscle, you burn an extra pound every week just by doing absolutely nothing d) if you don't want to control diet or exercise, I recommend eating 1/4 of an eggplant everyday because an eggplant has 16 grams of fibre and is reputed to soak up and take away unhealthy oils in your body. Hi, The best way to reduce weight is by doing regular exercise. Morning walk, yoga, cycling, jogging can be considered a good way to reduce weight. You must also keep a check on your diet. Too much intake of fatty food items can be harmful for your health.
Hey Lots_of_Love/ everyone else, Preston here. I didn't necessarily lose a lot of weight, but I did get really fit and a lot more toned out. I found that setting realistic goals and having a plan to reach those goals is a huge factor. Everything else like diet and exercise are a huge part of it too, but if you don't have the mindset to succeed, then all your hard work is going to bite you in the ass later on. I've devoted a website to the program that I currently use that has helped met. This program has used unorthodox nutrition methods as well as a training regiment that targets YOUR specific body type. Super helpful in my goals to achieving the body I have always wanted. I was able to customize my workout properly.
